Cnxion Customs and Logistics AB is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Nodebrush AB operates and hosts the website on our behalf as our data processor. Hosting and Processors
All personal data is stored within the EU. The processors used are listed on Nodebrush's sub-processors page.
Analytics
We run our own analytics to understand how this website is used and to improve it. It does not store your IP address and does not identify individual visitors.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. Analytics data is kept for 25 months.
Security Log
Our server keeps a log of requests, including your IP address, for at most eight days, to detect and stop attacks and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Contact Forms
When you send a message through the contact form or request a free trial, we use what you enter to answer you or to set up the trial. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, for a trial, taking the steps you ask for before an agreement. To keep spam out, we also check technical details of the connection when a form is sent, which is our legitimate interest. Providing the information is voluntary, but we cannot answer or set up a trial without it.
What you send is delivered to us by email and stored in our website database, where it is deleted after 25 months, or sooner if you ask us to. We delete the email from our mailbox on request, but copies may remain in email systems outside our control.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability.
You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest.
